General Return Policy

• Returns can be made within 14 days from the invoice date (minus shipping costs)
• Any seasonal items, such as Christmas items, are non-returntable items
• Collars that have been personalized cannot be returned
• The customer is responsible for any expenses incurred in returning any products(s) ie. customs, damaged goods and shipping
• Returns will be subject to a 20 % restocking fee
  
• We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product is deemed damaged

Custom/Duty Fees

Any package delivered to a destination outside of Canada may incur custom/duty fees that are imposed by your local government.
Duds for Dogs, by no means, takes responsibility of paying any of these fees.  It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay these fees
prior to accepting a shipment from us.  Should any package be refused because of these charges and sent back to us, the following
fees will be imposed to you prior to the refund back to your credit card:  shipping charge back to us, a $5.00 service fee and a 25%
cancellation fee for the entire purchase price.

Shipping Information

• Shipping will take on average of 1-4 days but can take up to 10 days
• Duds for Dogs ships by Canada Post express post which allows for faster arrival dates
